Labeled fiction
Concept
Concept examples are descriptions of possible trajectories, not completed work. Source is noted. They sharpen judgment when the strongest concepts are later turned into real builds.
Readable interfaces
Real
Type scale, measure, and rhythm are chosen before color. The material is prose; the interface is the page. A broken paragraph is an interface failure.
03 Case Study
The long-form standard for proof.
Long-form work is the proof climate this variation prefers. A short card can suggest credibility; a named source cannot be skimmed.
Case study one: the production site. Tracked through maintainers, release signals, performance audits, and direct architecture review. Claims drawn from it are labeled real. Claims not drawn from it are labeled concept.

Case study two: the calibration run. Isolation is the constraint. Each site lives alone, unaffected by previous or next. That creates replayable evidence: reviewers can open a single folder, verify static output, read its guide, and compare their assessment against a repeatable standard.
Case study three: the labeled concept. Extended description de-risks confusion. The fiction is useful if the label is clear, the scope is narrow, and the story is plausible enough to stress-test later.
